2020 Annual ALTA Conference
After much discussion and planning, ALTA has decided not to host a conference in 2020. Any registrations already received will have the option to request a full refund, or rollover their registration to the 2021 conference by contacting email@example.com.
The ALTA Conference provides wonderful opportunities for members to expand their knowledge of dyslexia and related disabilities while also earning CE hours. While we did explore virtual conference options, it was not feasible to hold on such short notice nor with many training courses beginning training in June. Meanwhile, ALTA members needing CE hours will find an abundance of options listed on the ALTA CE website for low or no cost such as webinars, etc.
Next year’s April 2021 ALTA Conference will be held in Arkansas and co-hosted by the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE). We are so excited to have the ADE reach out to ALTA to co-host and hope that this will be the first of many opportunities for ALTA to work with other state departments!
